EIC Scholarship Application Guide

Welcome to the Education Incubators Club (EIC) Scholarship Application Portal. This guide explains the application process from registration to assessment. Please read it carefully before you begin.

📌 Important Notice

  • Each applicant is allowed to register only once.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate before submitting your registration.
  • Your Membership ID will be generated automatically after successful registration.
  • Sample Membership ID: EIC-2026-00001
  • Keep your Membership ID and Email Address safe, as it will be required to access the scholarship assessment and verify your membership.

Application Process

  1. Complete and submit the online registration form.
  2. After successful registration, your Membership ID, Full Name, Current Class, Registration Year and Membership Status will be displayed on the confirmation page.
  3. Click the “Proceed to Assessment” button to continue.
  4. Enter your Membership ID and Email Address to access the assessment portal.
  5. Answer all assessment questions carefully and submit your responses.
  6. Once your assessment has been submitted, your application will be forwarded to the EIC Scholarship Committee for review.
  7. You can verify your membership at any time using the Verify Membership page with your Membership ID.

  • Use a valid email address that you can access.
  • Keep your Membership ID and Email Address for future reference.
  • Complete your assessment immediately after registration.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting the assessment.
